| working on my cd. feautring nothing but wonderful sixties tunes. you really cant beat the sixties. the seventies were awesome... but im afraid i got bit of a soft spot for sixties. the riffs are incredible. as of right now im listening to the animals.. house of the rising sun. a good song, easy to play. you just arpeggiate the whole time really. in other news... im bored. why else would i be writing in here. eh... well im out | | |
| wow.... lots of catching up to do today. how shall we start? ok, well tuesday williams pulled me aside and asked me to submit some things to governers school. and to be clear, im not one of those people that just raised their hand and stood there for the presentation, i was selected. ha. then lets see.... so then friday night i slept over at ashley's to work on our portfolios (yeah we got so much done). then saturday my dear friend amber finally got a hold of me so i could go over and jam, so that put me in high spirits. and lastly, my sister went into labor last night... and gave birth to jade elise melendez. she is by far the cutest thing ive seen (and if u guys know me well enough youd know thats a rare compliment from me) but i stayed home today.. i mustve held her forever. i cant wait to corrupt her. ill have tons of pictures to bring in tomorrow.. dont u worry. god i love this kid, i really do. | | |
| So how was everyone's Thanksgivings? Mine was..eh. I gained a pound. Then went over to Kim's for the night.. watched jose get drunk and pass out.. followed by jose vomiting later that night. I did some X-mas shopping. And get this...my mom is hiding my presents in MY closet. If thats not a set-up, i dont know what is. but hey...the real question is.. do i or dont i? haha. later kids. im gonna go jam..... | | |
| im over at melinda's... spent my entire day cleaning out my closet. i discovered many great treasures in there. but.. tisk tisk it was constantly interrupted by my art homework.. i had to take a bunch of pictures. they're all music related.. i assembled my records together.. blah blah. now what am i goin to do you ask? well... gonna force melinda to finally watch the texas chainsaw massacre... and possibly the kids are alright. | not much to report.. im just bored... the pregnant one is over with her significant other and his children. so basically that means im holed up in my room for a few hours. imagine the luck! im listening to bob dylan, "all i really want to do" do u know what all i really want to do, guys? get out of lititz. thats right, i want out!!i encourage u all to get out of here when u graduate before this town sucks u in. ill be gone  . im moving to florida. hooray! who's with me? i could...(dare i say it?) get a tan! wow.. this is actually quite an incredible song.. it kind of inspires me i must say. i only find inspiration in the past sadly. but its not my fault that present day music is absolutley in shambles. what ever happened to quality? im outta here...
